Its not so much giving up sleep to be successful.  It’s putting your priorities in line, working harder than what you consider to be hard work.  And this doesn’t have to apply to exercise—even in life, you work hard, and things get better.  It might not happen right away but it will.  Find richness in life’s experiences.
